Harvey Mudd College (“College” or “HMC”) is committed to providing a non-discriminatory and harassment-free educational, 生活, and working environment for all members of the HMC community, 包括学生, 教师, 管理员, 工作人员, 和游客. HMC encourages the prompt reporting of any incident of sexual or gender-based misconduct to the College and to local law enforcement or civil rights enforcement agencies. 收到报告后, the College will take prompt and effective action by: supporting the individual who makes a report or seeks assistance under this Policy (“Reporting Party”); conducting a review of the reported conduct under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”); addressing the safety of individuals and the campus community; and as warranted, taking disciplinary action against the accused individual (“Responding Party”). The College’s process for investigating and responding to reported Prohibited Conduct by students are contained in the Appendix A (Procedures for Resolving Complaints Against 学生).
